“In order to continue to grow and serve more youth and their families, [Environmental Learning for Kids(ELK)] plans to                               develop the innovative ELK Education Center (ELKEC) & Open Space in the heart of Montbello, just off I-70 & Peoria. This 5.5-                   acre space will provide an outdoor learning laboratory (4.5 acres) and facility (1.0 acres).
